The youth often play a crucial role in the economic welfare of a nation. With the rising wave of unemployment in the country, skilled and hard-working youth are finding themselves without opportunities to generate income and the morale of the nation’s youth seems to be heading towards despair.

However, the Chhattisgarh government seems to have acknowledged the crisis and started work in order to bring about some relief to the state’s youth. The state government, paying heed to the troubles of the youth, have initiated the Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar yojana 2021.

About the Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar yojana 2021

The scheme has been designed in such a way that the youth of the state finds the right avenues to generate revenue. The main objective of the scheme is to offer complete financial assistance – which involves offering financial assistance, guarantee, training and follow-up – so that the youth of the state can set up industries, services and businesses thereby working towards self-employment.

Another objective of the Swarojgar scheme is to increase employment opportunities in rural and urban areas by motivating the youth power of the state towards the ultimate aim of self-entrepreneurship. This also aligns itself with the Make In India initiative suggested by the Centre.

The scheme aims to create a positive environment in the state so that enterprises meet consumer needs – both urban and rural in nature. And finally, the implementation of the scheme will also have a positive impact on ancillary industries that are related to agriculture.
