Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Portal has been started by the Central Government. All farmers can see their names in the beneficiary list of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiary list on the official website. Under the PM Kisan Scheme 2019-20, the government is going to provide the income of Rs. 6,000 every year to all small and marginal farmer families in 3 equal installments. The last date for putting the names of farmers on the official portal is February 25, whereas the process of transferring money will start from 28 February 2019.

The central government has started uploading names on the basis of name, gender, caste, base number, base registration number (not on base registration number), bank account and mobile number data on the basis of land records of small and marginal farmers of concerned states. After reviewing the list of beneficiaries according to the district from the states, the PM-Kisan will be uploaded in the portal.

Based on the figures of agricultural calculations taken in the year 2015-16, the small and marginal farmer families have been estimated in the year 2018-19 and according to the same calculation, the number of farmers in the year 2018-19 is 13.15 crore. For the first 5 acres of farming, farmers got the benefit of this government yojana, but Modi 2.0 has brought all the farmers in the government under PM Kisan Yojana.

Assistance under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts. The first installment for the period of December 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020, in the current financial year has to be provided.

PM Kisan Award Fund Yojana- Identification of beneficiary

The small and marginal farmers are from the farming family in which the land, husband and wife, and minor children, according to the land records of the respective state or Union Territory, collectively, the cultivable land is two hectares or less.

Exclusion Categories

• All institutional landholders.
• Farmer family in which one or more members are registered with professional bodies such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, and architects and practice.
• Families, taxpayers, or retired government employees, existing or former MPs, legislators, and ministers will not get the benefit of the scheme.
• If there is one or more member of a farmer’s family, either an existing or presently employed in an institutional position, existing or former minister, minister of state, former or current members of the Lok Sabha-Rajya Sabha, Assembly or Legislative Council, former or existing mayor of a municipal corporation And if they come in the existing or former chairperson of district panchayats, they will not get the benefit of this scheme.
• In addition to existing or retired employees of the Central and State Governments, regular employees (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV / Group D employees ) will not be able to avail of the benefits of this scheme.
• Farmers who cultivate agricultural land on which they are farming will not get the benefit of this scheme.

PM Kisan Adarsh Nidhi Yojana – Aadhaar card is not necessary for installments

The central government will get the Aadhaar card from the small and marginal farmers for the first installment, who will have it and the other farmers will be given identity cards for their identification. However, for the second and third installments, it is mandatory to show the Aadhaar numbers to the farmers to verify their identity. The first installment for the period of 1.12.2018 to 31.03.2019 under this scheme is to be provided only in this fiscal year. Apart from this, the applicant farmer must have the necessary documents as mentioned below to take advantage of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

• The government has also made two most important documents along with Aadhar card. Khasra and Khatouni mean revenue records, to know that you are a farmer. Khasra Khatouni is the property of farming land, it is clear what is happening on the land and how useful it is for cultivation or whether it is in the middle of the population.
• The second Khatoni, which will know that the name of the land is named, if the land is in more than one name, then it has to make a share certificate, along with the signature of the Tehsildar.
• Bank account number in which the installment will be transferred.

पीएम किसान पुरस्कार निधि योजना- लाभार्थी की पहचान

छोटे और सीमांत किसान किसान परिवार से हैं, जिसमें संबंधित राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के भूमि रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, सामूहिक रूप से खेती योग्य भूमि दो हेक्टेयर या उससे कम है।

अपवर्जन श्रेणियाँ

• सभी संस्थागत भूमिधारक।
• किसान परिवार जिसमें एक या एक से अधिक सदस्य पेशेवर निकायों जैसे कि डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, वकील, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट और आर्किटेक्ट और प्रैक्टिस से पंजीकृत हैं।
• परिवारों, करदाताओं या सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी कर्मचारियों, मौजूदा या पूर्व सांसदों, विधायकों और मंत्रियों को योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।
• यदि किसी किसान परिवार का एक या एक से अधिक सदस्य है, या तो मौजूदा या वर्तमान में एक संस्थागत पद पर कार्यरत है, मौजूदा या पूर्व मंत्री, राज्य मंत्री, लोकसभा या राज्यसभा, विधानसभा या विधान परिषद के पूर्व या वर्तमान सदस्य, पूर्व या एक नगर निगम के मौजूदा महापौर और अगर वे जिला पंचायतों के मौजूदा या पूर्व अध्यक्ष में आते हैं, तो उन्हें इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।
• केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों के मौजूदा या सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के अलावा, नियमित कर्मचारी (मल्टी टास्किंग स्टाफ / चतुर्थ श्रेणी / समूह डी कर्मचारी को छोड़कर) इस योजना का लाभ नहीं उठा पाएंगे।
• जो किसान कृषि भूमि पर खेती कर रहे हैं, उन्हें इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।

PM किसान आदर्श निधि योजना – किस्तों के लिए आधार कार्ड आवश्यक नहीं है

केंद्र सरकार पहली किस्त के लिए छोटे और सीमांत किसानों से आधार कार्ड लेगी, जिनके पास यह होगा और अन्य किसानों को उनकी पहचान के लिए पहचान पत्र दिए जाएंगे। हालांकि, दूसरी और तीसरी किस्त के लिए, किसानों को अपनी पहचान सत्यापित करने के लिए आधार नंबर दिखाना अनिवार्य है। इस योजना के तहत 1.12.2018 से 31.03.2019 की अवधि के लिए पहली किस्त केवल इसी वित्तीय वर्ष में प्रदान की जानी है। इसके अलावा, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदक किसान के पास आवश्यक दस्तावेज होने चाहिए।

• सरकार ने आधार कार्ड के साथ दो सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज भी बनाए हैं। खसरा और खतौनी का मतलब राजस्व रिकॉर्ड होता है, यह जानने के लिए कि आप किसान हैं। खसरा खतौनी खेती की जमीन की संपत्ति है, यह स्पष्ट है कि जमीन पर क्या हो रहा है और यह खेती के लिए कितना उपयोगी है या आबादी के बीच में है या नहीं।
• दूसरी खतौनी, जिसमें पता चलेगा कि जमीन का नाम रखा गया है, अगर जमीन एक से अधिक नामों में है, तो उसे तहसीलदार के हस्ताक्षर के साथ, एक साझा प्रमाण पत्र बनाना होगा।
• बैंक खाता संख्या जिसमें किस्त हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।
