Basic Eligibility
A candidate must:
- Be 22–27-year-old Indian candidate (an SC/ST category candidate can be 22–32 years old)
- Be a graduate from a recognized university. Graduates whose degree tenure was <4 years must hold a postgraduate degree from a recognized university
- Have a minimum of 50% in the aggregate or equivalent grade at graduate/post-graduate level
- Be declared physically fit by the Government Medical Hospital
- Know the local language and customs
- Be experienced in related industries
- Be excellent in extra-curricular activities, including art, culture, sports, in high school/college
- Have been a leader in high school/college/workplace
