Games are a great uniting factor across all cultures around the world. These are trying times we see around us and there seems to be very little one can be happy about. By allowing the people to indulge themselves in games and recreational activities, the Government of Jharkhand aims to uplift the spirits of the people.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren recently launched three schemes which will be implemented in Jharkhand by the MNREGA. One of those three schemes is the Poto Ho Khel Vikas Scheme.

This scheme is a sports scheme and aimed towards rural development in Jharkhand.

Objective of the scheme

The primary objective of the Poto Ho Khel Vikas Scheme is to enhance the infrastructure for children to play. This includes constructing better playgrounds at the Panchayat level that aids the promotion of sports activities and gives a platform to young talent to rise and shine on glorious levels.

This implementation also opens up avenues for jobs in sports avenues like coaches and trainers. Not only does this scheme work for the children alone, but also for those who are unemployed at the moment but have exceptional sporting talent in store. This scheme gives them an opportunity to work for their living too, especially in times like these when income is limited and irregular.

In conclusion

The government of Jharkhand, with the implementation of Poto Ho Khel Vikas Scheme, aims to build a brighter future for the sporty spirits of Jharkhand so that they never face any limitations in the pursuit of their dreams
