About the Bihar Mukhyamantri Harit Krishi Sanyantra Yojana

The Bihar government launched the Bihar Mukhyamantri Harit Krishi Sanyantra Yojana to provide agricultural machinery to farmers on a nominal rent basis. Under the implementation of the scheme, the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society (PACS) gets a 50% amount as a loan and a 50% amount as a grant under the Haarit Krishi Sanyantra Yojana. There are several farmers all over the state who do not have enough capital to purchase the latest agricultural equipment.

Quite often, farmers have to purchase equipment that is either short-lived or seldom used. But the implications of the purchase disturbs the farmer’s personal finances for a long.

To help farmers, the Bihar government has offered some machinery on a rental basis. This decision was taken by the Bihar government on the 24th of August 2018.

What are the eligibility criteria under the scheme for farmers?

To make use of the benefits under the scheme, the farmers in Bihar have to adhere to the following criteria:

The farmer has to be a permanent resident of Bihar.
The individual farmer or group of farmers cultivators who are engaged in Agriculture or likewise related activities.
In the case of joint farmer applicants, any one of the farmer members needs to be the Owner farmer.
The applicant should not be a defaulter in any bank.

What are the documents needed for Bihar Mukhyamantri Harit Krishi Sanyantra Yojana?

Main features of the scheme

Agriculture machinery banks are being set up at the PACS level with an investment of ₹20 lakhs.
The state government will provide 50% of the amount as a loan to the PACS.
The rest of the 50% amount will be given as a grant to PACS.
A total fund of ₹1692.60 crores is made available by the state government to benefit farmers.
From these PACS banks, farmers can take agricultural machinery on rent at lesser rates and perform irrigation related activities.

बिहार मुक्तिमंत्री हरित कृषि केंद्र योजना के बारे में

बिहार सरकार ने किसानों को नाममात्र के किराए के आधार पर कृषि यंत्र उपलब्ध कराने के लिए बिहार मुख्यमंत्री हरित कृषि केंद्र योजना शुरू की। योजना के क्रियान्वयन के तहत प्राथमिक कृषि सहकारी साख समिति (पैक्स) को ऋण के रूप में 50 प्रतिशत राशि और हरियात कृषि संघ योजना के तहत अनुदान के रूप में 50 प्रतिशत राशि मिलती है। पूरे प्रदेश में कई किसान ऐसे हैं जिनके पास नवीनतम कृषि उपकरण खरीदने के लिए पर्याप्त पूंजी नहीं है।

अक्सर, किसानों को उपकरण है कि या तो अल्पकालिक या शायद ही कभी इस्तेमाल किया है खरीद है । लेकिन खरीद के निहितार्थ किसान के निजी वित्त को लंबे समय तक परेशान करते हैं ।

किसानों की मदद के लिए बिहार सरकार ने किराये के आधार पर कुछ मशीनरी की पेशकश की है। बिहार सरकार ने यह निर्णय 24 अगस्त 2018 को लिया था।

किसानों के लिए योजना के तहत पात्रता मानदंड क्या हैं?

इस योजना के तहत लाभों का उपयोग करने के लिए, बिहार में किसानों को निम्नलिखित मानदंडों का पालन करना होगा:

किसान को बिहार का स्थायी निवासी होना है।
किसान कृषकों का व्यक्तिगत किसान या समूह जो कृषि या इसी प्रकार संबंधित गतिविधियों में लगे हुए हैं।
संयुक्त किसान आवेदकों के मामले में, किसान सदस्यों में से किसी एक को किसान का मालिक होना चाहिए।
आवेदक किसी भी बैंक में डिफॉल्टर नहीं होना चाहिए।
